    Booked a 3 tonne truck on a Wednesday. Picked up on the Saturday at Avis Hurstville to return to Artarmon the following Monday. The staff at Hurstville were fantastic. Had a speedy pick up. The same thing at Avis Artarmon. Fantastic staff. Speedy drop off. The 3 tonne truck was faultless.

    Hired a removal truck from Avis Artarmon this week. No instruction from staff how to use the tailgate lift. The truck appeared to be very poorly maintained : Drivers seat was loose, brakes very spongy, windscreen wipers worn out and in need of replacement. They didn't inspect the truck for body damage before hand either. Overall the vehicle and customer service was pretty poor
