    Told delivery of our furniture would be in the am, when we called at 12 we were told they didn't have the number of the delivery guys so just wait around until you hear from them, that if we don't hear from them, we can rebook delivery

    Items not delivered within agreed time frame. Waited for 4 hours only to be told 'you should've just kept on waiting' by store Manager. Yet to receive my items.......dreadful service, won't be shopping here ever again!
