  My husband and I bought a very expensive bed 18 months ago, and since day 1 I hated it. The sales staff (Phil especially) were fantastic and knowledgable, but for some reason it didn't line up to our needs.

  From the owner of the store, the manager and select sales staff, they are a great team. They didn't just wipe their hands of our problem, but worked with us to ensure we were having a good night sleep!

  Wonderful service from start to finish. Great service from the whole team. Ben provided excellent service and I woulf recommend anyone to but from Snooze Artarmon.

  I bought a queen size Iris bed frame and sealy mattress at Snooze Artarmon in mid Oct, but later I found out that my new apartment is 0.6 meters shorter than the plan so I had to change the bed to double size two weeks after the order. I thought it might not be possible because of the late notice and the bed wasn't available in double size. But, staff were really nice and agreed to change my order. Settling a shrunk bedroom is a very unpleasant experience, but people at Snooze just filled the cold world with warmth. I'd like to give special thank to Andrey and the Chinese store designer whose name I don't know.

  18 months of no sleep, we decided to bite the bullet and get a new bed. Again, Phil helped with our endless questions. I think I almost moved in to snooze just to ensure I was buying the right bed. He was VERY patient and still willing to walk me through each bed and their features.

  Great prices and quality. This Snooze is in a great centre if you need to buy furniture.
